About this website
GovCMS is an independently developed commercial technology platform for government websites. This website provides product information and a way to discuss potential requirements. GovCMS is not a government agency or a government-owned service. No government endorsement is implied.
Product information and previews
Product screens contain illustrative content and example records. They are not live customer installations or evidence of adoption. Availability, implementation scope, deployment arrangements and service commitments are confirmed in a written agreement.
Plans and separate services
The advertised annual licence prices are ₦2,400,000 for Standard and ₦6,000,000 for Enterprise, each covering one website. Cloud infrastructure, initial implementation, content migration, bespoke website design, custom development and specialised integrations are purchased separately. A formal quotation confirms any applicable taxes, payment terms and scope.
Enquiries and agreements
Choosing a plan or submitting an enquiry does not place an order, take payment or create a subscription. Supply of the platform and related services requires a separate agreement with the identified contracting entity. That agreement will define the licence, responsibilities, support commitments and any service levels.
Responsible use
Use this website for lawful evaluation and enquiries. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, submit malicious material, impersonate another person or misuse another person’s information.
Third-party names and links
Provider names describe deployment options and do not imply partnership or endorsement. Third-party services operate under their own terms. Institutional procurement, provider onboarding and required approvals remain separate processes.
Before publication
This is a pre-launch draft for review. The contracting entity, address, contact details, effective date and applicable legal provisions must be confirmed before these terms are adopted. The final service contract must separately address liability, termination, disputes and customer data responsibilities.
