Errors and limits
Handle validation failures, empty results and pagination safely.
Check HTTP status
Reject non-2xx responses before reading data. Validation failures return HTTP 400 with a message. Do not assume all API routes share one error envelope.
Request limits
pageSize is limited to 100 and page to 10000. Use type and category filters instead of repeatedly requesting the largest page.
Recover clearly
Show a useful message and retry path when the API is unavailable. Log server-side context without secrets; distinguish empty content, unknown site and transport failures.
