Fetch published content
Filter, paginate and resolve records through the public endpoint.
Endpoint
GET /v1/public/institutions/content
GET /v1/public/institutions/{profileSlug}/contentUse provisioned siteId or a profile slug in the path or site query parameter.
Filter results
Use type, category, exact slug, or excludeSlug.

Ordering and pagination
Records order by publishedAt descending, then ID descending. Pages start at 1. Page size defaults to 100 and maxes at 100. Use data.pagination.hasNextPage and hasPreviousPage.
Empty results
An unknown site returns success with site: null and no records. A known site with no matches also returns an empty list. Distinguish those cases when explaining setup.
